A building's ventilation does not forgive neglect
In a commercial, institutional or co-ownership building, the ventilation network is larger, more complex and under more demand than in a house. It serves dozens, sometimes hundreds of occupants, and when it gets fouled, you cannot fix it by opening a window: stale air recirculates, complaints pile up, and the association or the board starts asking questions.

Nous sommes en copropriété et nous nous doutions qu'une des copropriétaires avait un nid d'oiseau dans son conduit de sécheuse. Pierre-Alexandre est venu faire un bon nettoyage et a été assez respectueux de la nature pour poser sous nos cèdres les 3 oeufs trouvés avec une partie du nid enlevé au cas où la mère reviendrait pour ses petits.
